Thanks for having us! I loved the security, the people I met, and the location. I was minutes from Old San Juan. I used the WAZE gps app to help me get around faster. La Sra Gloria y su esposo Luis fueron excelentes anfitriones, nos brindaron su ayuda y estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros desde el dia que llegamos, son personas muy amables que hicieron nuestra estadía muy acogedora. El departamento estaba conforme a lo detallado. La ubicación muy buena para moverse a todo lugar.
Excelente lugar para alojarse lo recomiendo! Gloria and her husband are great hosts. The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. The condo was clean quiet located in a great residential area 15 minutes and San Juan nice swimming pool two bathrooms two bedrooms AC Vizio television balcony and you can uber everywhere also near a lot of local restaurants and grocery store I would do it again.
Gloria was an excellent host. She was thoughtful and kind and good at communication. I would recommend her space for anyone comfortable to rent a car or bring one. She has great parking enclosed and the space is quiet and comfortable. More than accommodating and an amazing place to spend during my families second trip and stay at Gloria's. It was our first time to Puerto Rico! My husband and I had the time of our lives!! We decided to go for our 1 yr. Many people we know had gone out there and never made it look interesting.
Once we got to the house we were so happy with it. We really felt like we were part of Puerto Rico by the neighborhood and where the home is located. It's not located around tourist it is definitely more in the town which we really loved. The house is equipped with everything and gloria was super helpful with anything we needed. The indoor balcony was so nice as well to just lookout and see the beautiful view of Puerto Rico. It took us about min to get to old san juan and main san juan.
After discovering the island in so many areas including culebra it has become one of our favorite places to visit now. It felt so good after a long day of venturing to just come home and lay on the couch and drink some wine feeling the nice warm breeze of the island. Puerto Rico has so much more to offer than what we expected. It is just a beautiful place with beautiful people.
And having the perfect home to go to at the end of the day was just best thing ever. I would definitely recommend gloria's place chicos country club plaza movie theater anyone who really wants to feel like they are part of Puerto Rico. My plane came in before check-in time and Gloria and her husband let us check in early. We really appreciated it! The house is centrally located in the San Juan Metro area.
Easy to get to Old San Juan, Condado, etc. Easy to head west to Dorado and Arecibo. If you're not familiar with San Juan Metro traffic, it may be difficult to get to the Northeast El Yunque, Luquillo or South of the island Ponce during certain times of the day.
But, if you want to hang around San Juan and enjoy great dining, shopping and touristy stuff then the location will be great for you.
The house itself is a little rough around the edges. But, for the price, you can't beat it. It is not 5 star accommodations. So, if you just want a quiet place to lay your head after a long day, then this is the place for you.
The neighborhood is very quiet and there is parking right in front of the house on a cul de sac. You will need to punch in the latitude and longitude to find it initially due to Hidden by Airbnb Maps not recognizing the street address. This is common down there because of the weird addresses. There is a great bakery and a McDonalds within walking distance if you want a quick breakfast and coffee.
San Patricio plaza is close by for shopping. Adrian, the owner, is great! He was very responsive to our questions and during our stay. Beware the little teeny bugs. The house chicos country club plaza movie theater no sealed tightly. This is very common in PR and you learn to just deal with them. Adrian is a great host. The location is perfect because is in the middle of everything. Really close to the capital and to many other beautiful places in the island.
In my next trip to PR I will be staying here again without any doubt. Adrian's apartment is located in bayamon. It was convenient in that it was close to my family's house in fact just 13 min drive away.
The bakery Barcelona which serves yummy bread and great cup of coffee was within walking distance. Being from New York we are usto everything in reach and the apt was a couple minute drive from the 24 hour cvs. Lots of places to eat and very close to the city of San Juan. Not once did I have a complaint about the place. I felt very safe in fact it was so cozy I kept telling my family when it was time to leave that I was actually going "home ". Although I did not meet Adrian upon checking in I found a souvenir for me and through his text message he checked up on us yet gave us our space.
I plan to go back to Puerto Rico before the year is over and look forward to staying in any of Adrian's apartments. I stayed at Adrian's home for 8 days. The house was clean, spacious, and quiet. The neighborhood was also clean and quiet. I will definitely stay at any of Adrian's properties on my future trips to PR. Beautiful house with a perfect location. Our group of 8 had everything we needed and were stunned by the amenities.
I highly suggest Victor's home for any trip you take to Puerto Rico. It will exceed your expectations. The property was great and an amazing price. I was debating staying here or in San Juan, but this location provides a plethora of space and bathrooms along with a closed driveway that made our stay perfect. We were a quick 15 minute drive from San Juan and went there almost daily. The location was also ideal for visiting other parts of the island. Victor was great, always checking up and addressing any problems.
Would highly recommend this spot! It over exceeded our expectations. Huge spaces clean house and in a great location close to everything. Not too far from restaurants, night life, stores, etc. Clean home and towels were provided as well as clean linens. Washer and dryer were definitely a plus The owner was easily reachable and always made sure we were comfortable. As this being all of our first chicos country club plaza movie theater with Airbnb on behalf of our entire group this is highly recommended definitely changed my fears of Airbnb Thank you Hector for everything!
This home was comfortable, clean, and safe! Great location and impeccable communication with the host! Looking forward to our next stay! The house was super clean, looks like it was renovated recently. The neighborhood is quiet, within 5 minutes to the train station and with restaurants nearby. We are so glad that we chose Miguel's house awesome. We received more then our expectations was. Definitely recommend to those who want to feel safe and want to have a relaxing good time in.
Miguel's home is such an amazing and beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed our time and are already looking forward to our return. This was our 1st visit to Puerto Rico and an overall amazing experience. Staying in Miguel's home made it that much more enjoyable. Equipped with everything and more than we needed, I would highly recommend renting his home. The pictures are exact! Miguel was very responsive to all of our needs and requests. Also, the home is in close proximity to the beaches, mall and Old Town San Juan.

Mi novio estaba preocupado cuando vio el reparto era principalmente estudiantes de la Fuimos anoche a la representante de Kansas para ver un cuento de Navidad como una gran familia de Cada silla en el lugar es increíble! Cada año se añaden cosas diferentes Mi hijo chicos country club plaza movie theater 8 años le encanta, junto con el resto de la familia.

Very St Joseph Style!! This place is in a very nice part of town; the house is a handsome large 's home. The bathroom was consistent with the era of the house. We only met Mike but he was delightful to chat with. Carol's house was clean and beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable and they were wonderful hosts!
It is spacious, kept up, and even has coffee! Caroline was very quick to answer questions. I did not end up staying at the Jesse James Hideout, because it was not chicos country club plaza movie theater good condition for me, but the Host was very accommodating and moved me to her Carriage House instead which I enjoyed very much.
Quaint house perfect for one or two people, or chicos country club plaza movie theater family. Loved the location in the middle of historic St. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars and entertainment. Great communication with the owner. Will stay there again when in town. Great interior design, especially of its 19th century style still mostly pertained till today. It was worth the stay and to learn about the outlaw Jesse James stories.
Good for travelers to stop by. The Jesse James Hideout is a great little getaway in the historic area of St. Quiet with tons of natural light and a very unique little space with everything you could need. Lots of interesting architecture and neat houses around. Caroline was an excellent host with timely response to all questions and one personal request I had. Would highly recommend her as a host!
This place has some great historic charm. Easily accessible, good WiFi. Great little place to retreat to and collect your thoughts. I believe we were some of the first air bnb renters. The place is nice and has basic ammenities. We had a few issues upon arrival such as 3 beeping smoke alarms, shower that would not drain, no microwave, no internet and no tv.
Caroline, the host was great though and responded quickly to our needs. Batteries were replaced in smoke detectors the next day, microwave was provided, shower draining was fixed and we did get internet the second day. Barbara and Mike's home was a great place to stay in St.
The home was clean and tidy, the kitchen had everything we needed, centrally located, and a much better value than any local hotels. Mike was helpful, accommodating, flexible and always picked up the phone if we had a question about the home or our stay.

This is a great little, older home that is perfect for a small chicos country club plaza movie theater. It felt like "Granny's" house. More relaxing and comfortable than a hotel. Our kids loved riding their bikes in the driveway. Some road noise from I when sitting on the back patio, but not any worse than any of the nearby hotels.

Beautiful and immaculate property, peaceful, safe and quiet, located about a mile from shopping and restaurants. Breakfast items included in the refrigerator. We were very pleased with everything except the lack of a DVD remote, which made impossible our watching a movie we brought from home.
No other TV channels available, so be aware of that too. Overall, however, very pleased with our stay, and would recommend My stay was simply perfect: Barbara and Michael are most thoughtful and gracious hosts. When I arrived and opened the door, the 'first thing I saw was a huge British flag hanging in the lobby to welcome me after my long journey!

Joseph Barbara invited me to spend the afternoon with her and friends on a wonderful trip to the fabric stores in the town of Hamilton. I was made to feel very welcome, "You are amongst friends! The property is close to restaurants and services and just a couple of minutes drive away from a huge grocery store.
I simply could not have wanted for better. The location and Barabara's touches make Casa Woodbine a great place to stay. The house is a pleasant island that is on a main road with good travel access but set back far enough that there is still plenty of privacy. Another reviewer summed it up perfectly, staying here felt like staying at your grandparents house - not new and shiny but older and comfy. The bedrooms were spread out, the kitchen comfortable and the fridge pre-stocked by Barbara with a few essentials to make sure the stay starts out right.
A nice surprise was the roughly 12' x 20' patio in the chicos country club plaza movie theater of the house, it is shaded by late afternoon and a perfect place to unwind after the day.
The house was used for older family coming in town to visit and they loved it. Would definitely recommend it to families and those looking for a nice relaxing stay.
Accommodations were very pleasant and we had everything we needed! I advise you to befriend Marcena and get a tour of their grand estate home and see the progress they are making on returning "her" to her majesty!

This is a wonderful apartment. It's clean, nicely decorated with antiques, and has a well equipped kitchen. I'd recommend it for longer stays in the area.
The carriage house was such a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for a week and it was so nice to relax. Everything was bright and the weather was great so we could open up the balcony door and relax after our days out.

I would definitely stay again! The Vineyard is a wonderful place located in a beautiful community! The carriage house was a perfect retreat for the long weekend and had everything we needed to feel at home.
Marcela was wonderful and even provided a hair dryer when we realized we had failed to bring one. Great place in St joesph, close to the shops, historical sites and very clean as well cute place to stay. They were very accommodating for my dog as well. So relaxing watching the river. Able to grill for meals. Great amenities and house warming gifts. Great instructions for golf, restaurants and things to do!!
This house was in a lovely location on the Missouri River in St. There doesn't seem to be many other places you can stay at on the river in this area, which makes this place extra special. The house was clean and seems to have been remodeled not too long.
Our family enjoyed grilling in the evening next to the river and just enjoying the wildlife and calmness of the area. A train track was nearby with trains going by often, which added to the cozy country feel the noise was never enough to wake us up or be a bother. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were so soft I need to buy some!
The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, with plenty of plates and silverware for entertaining a few extra family members during the day. Barb was a wonderful host who added small touches like having water guns available for the kids to play with, and having fresh fruit and snacks available once we arrived after our long plane flight.
Overall we had a wonderful stay, and will likely be back next time we find ourselves in St. Fantastic place, our second time. Barb even prepared addition home warming surprises that made the experience even better: Wonderful property, river front, firewood aplenty, house warming, home away from home experience!
This was the second time I've stayed here, and it was incredibly comfortable and I had no issues. Joyce's place was probably the most clean and tidy Airbnb we have stayed at. The rooms were super spacious and the basement is huge. Joyce was a wonderful and kind host. We really felt welcomed and would stay with them again if we chicos country club plaza movie theater visit St. We were moving from California to St. Joyce was super sweet and her home was beautiful.
If ever in that area again, I would definitely stay there. Wonderful hospitality, cozy room and comfortable bed. Extremely nice hosts and wonderful fenced in yard if you travel with your dog.
Very nice home in a convenient neighborhood. Two Bedrooms are upstairs along with a bath. The bed is very comfortable! Joyce was kind to let us have our cereal there, with milk and fruit in the refrigerator. We were invited to join them in the living room if we wanted to watch TV with them. Joyce and John are very nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their beautiful home. This was a clean place in a safe neighborhood.

I had only seen such mansions in movies and we couldn't believe our eyes while wandering in the endless corridor of this historical pearl. Mike and Kim were terrific. Mike met us at the house and showed us around, and was really gracious in sharing the house. He also took lots of time to tell us some things about St.
Joseph to help us enjoy our time there. Later in the evening, we came back from a nice walk along the river and Mike and Kim invited us to join them for a glass of wine and a nice chat on their beautiful patio. It was great getting to know them, and they are wonderful hosts! We only had one evening in St. Joseph, and wish we could have stayed longer. When we come back, we won't hesitate to stay in this lovely home again.
Very nice hosts, and really nice house. A full size bed, so not the most spacious accommodations like having a hotel room. But I did feel my special car was more secure than at a hotel.
Fully stocked liquor cabinet with some really nice liquor but no real food to speak of. Thankfully it was close to several nice restaurants we liked and even though it snowed it was still drivable as the ground was not frozen. Hosts had really good wifi and clear written instructions on how to operate Netflix Etc Gracious hosts who made our stay comfortable and convenient. They were quick to answer questions anytime and even came back to the house within minutes when needed.
Everything accurately described except the home is even nicer than the photo shows. I would certainly stay there again and recommend this home. Fantastic home and was set up to be very welcoming! The jacuzzi tub and a feeling of a good friend coming for a visit makes you want to linger!
There's really no question that this is the best option for a stay in Saint Joseph. Jason and his staff are fantastic and the home is absolutely stunning. I honestly miss it when I'm not there. Everything at The Vineyard is tremendous! The rooms are beautifully appointed, the location couldn't be more ideal, and everyone is so friendly.
It's worth making a special trip just to stay here. This place is the absolute best. It feels like home and couldn't be more comfortable or welcoming.
You'd make a mistake in staying anywhere else in Saint Joseph. I can't imagine a better place to stay in St Joseph. The house is historic and lovingly repaired and updated. The owner and family have worked so very hard to refurbish the home Communication upfront was lacking. We had to text someone at 7pm to find out how breakfast works. We were expecting a full-on B and B homemade Website hidden by Airbnb disappointed there. She obviously loves what she does! We found the price to be very high after all fees were added in regards to the luxury level. Sandra and Bruce were great hosts. They are very friendly, made us feel at home.
They were really accommodating and welcomed us to their home a little late in the evening as we were running late due to bad weather.

We would surely stay at their place again if we had to visit the surrounding places. Very attentive and gracious hosts. Offered more of a breakfast than I needed. Very quiet neighborhood, but close to a large shopping center for the size of the town with multiple places to eat.
